• 7 journals available: 4 within the STEM subject areas and 3 within the HSS subject areas
• All journals will make a significant step in the transition towards Open Access for the 2019 - 2021 period
• Any researcher may publish Open Access and APC-free in these journals, as long as the funding holds, a seamless process for researchers eliminating APC-handling
• Due to a funding shortfall, KU and the publishers were unfortunately not able to fully transition all journals into Open Access, free of any APCs.
• Further details on the individual funding arrangements per journal title can be found below.
• All journals will be hosted on publisher platforms and where possible indexed by the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)
